Sa Coma Map Majorca: Above you can view a detailed street map of Sa Coma, a popular holiday area located between S'Illot and Cala Millor on the eastern coastline of Majorca (Mallorca) in the Spanish Balearic Islands.

Sa Coma is the area in the centre of the map and is not actually tagged as "Sa Coma" on the map, though you can see the road "Avenida de Coma". If you use the zoom out button (-) on the top left of the Sa Coma map, you can also take a look at surrounding coastal towns and resorts.

Sa Coma: A modern, but not tacky, family friendly beach resort on the east coast of Majorca, Sa Coma attracts plenty of visitors, especially during the warmer summer months, when the weather can get pretty hot. A beautiful sandy beach is backed by a palm tree lined promenade, offering some welcome shade from the heat of the day. In the evening the many bars and restaurants hum with the sound of excited holidaymakers enjoying themselves.

There are some excellent hotels in Sa Coma and you will find some of the best in the major tour operator brochures, such renowned establishments as the Protur Safari Park Hotel (book above right), the Aparthotel Coma Gran, and the Protur Sa Coma Playa, are amongst the best in the resort.

You will also find plenty of apartments and villas on offer if self-catering accommodation is more your "thing".

Sa Coma Attractions: There are lots of things to do in Sa Coma, and one that is popular with the kids is the zoo. Located on its outskirts, Sa Coma has a small safari park called the Auto Safari Zoo, where you can drive around and look at a variety of animals, you can also catch a mini-train, if you prefer not to risk your car being damaged. Other attractions in Sa Coma include the Rancho Sa Coma, where you can do a bit of horse riding, or play tennis, cycle or play squash.

Sa Coma can be reached via the MA-4023, from the MA-4030, it is about 70 kilometres from the airport at the island's capital Palma de Mallorca, reachable in just over an hour, if you are hiring a car.

To the north of Sa Coma you will find the equally popular resorts of Cala Bona, Cala Millor and Port Nou, and to the south S'Illot, Cala Morlanda and Porto Cristo.
