Zeniamar: Located between Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca, on the Orihuela Costa, Spain, Zeniamar is a first class residential urbanization which attracts both those seeking to purchase a holiday home in the sun, and those looking for holiday accommodation in this popular area.
Now having its own commercial areas, with shops bars and restaurants, Zeniamar is also close to the excellent facilities of Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima and La Florida.
While many visitors will choose to stay on the urbanization, with its superb landscaped gardens and lovely communal swimming pools, it is also convenient for local beaches, with the nearest being about 10 minutes walk from some sections of Zeniamar.
Golfers find it handy for the top local courses at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin, and also close enough for accessing the courses of the Murcia region.
Zeniamar lies close to the N332 coastal road and is just a short drive from the La Zenia, and Salnas junctions of the A-P7 motorway. It is also within easy driving distance of both Alicante and Murcia airports. The town of Torrevieja is just a couple of minutes drive away, and here you will find some great attractions including a cinema, tenpin bowling alley, water park, harbour, marina, fun fair and much more.
