Es Cana Ibiza - Situated near to Santa Eulalia on the east coast of Ibiza, the popular holiday resort of Es Cana (Es Canar) stands on a crescent shaped beach of clean white sand, lapped by the warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
An established family resort, it attracts thousands of visitors each year, who come to enjoy the wonderful climate and friendly atmosphere.
Located just north of the town of Santa Eulalia, Es Cana is well known for its hippie market, established in the 1960's it still attracts the crowds on Wednesdays at the Club Arabi resort, the market is open from 10.00am to 7pm and is one of the 'must visit' locations on the island.
An excellent location for water sports enthusiasts, Es Cana has facilities for windsurfing, parasailing, sailing, diving and water skiing, the small attractive harbour is dotted with fishing boats.
There are a number of beaches within reach of Es Cana but the main beach is excellent and few will need to look any further for a perfect beach. It has fine white sand and is gently sloping making it ideal for children, lifeguards are on duty during the busy times, and there are the usual range of facilities.
The resort has a good selection of hotels and you will also find some privately owned rental accommodation if that is your choice.
Relatively easy to reach, Es Cana is only about 25 kilometres away from the airport at Ibiza Town.
