Casa Azur is a beautiful luxury two bedroomed apartment situated in the area of Pueblo Panorama in Cumbre del Sol. The Large terrace has spectacular panoramic views across to the sea. It enjoys the use of 2 lovely, communal, infinity pools. and is a short drive to local amenities. The nearest beach is five minutes drive away, Cumbre del Sol has its own little beach and is very popular in the summer months. There are a couple of little bars where you can have lunch and drinks and the area has its own restaurant, clubhouse, another large public pool and a supermarket within easy driving distance of Casa Azur.

The small coastal town of Moraira is just a few minutes drive away from the apartment and is located in the beautiful mountainous area of the northern Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante (approximately 60 kilometres) and Valencia (about 90 kilometres). However, the surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and.unspoilt scenery and many small, charming villages to explore. There are also some larger resorts nearby that are easily reached by car that are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15 kilometres, while Benidorm with its varied attractions is about 30 kilometres away.

As in all of Spain there are numerous Fiestas held in this region throughout the year with specific ones held in April, June, July and November in Moraira.

The Spanish people of Moraira are extremely friendly and patient with foreign visitors to the area although they do not depend on tourism for their livelihood as agriculture is the predominant feature. With a large European resident community existent, there is a pleasant international feel to the area. Most people are pleased to speak English with you and even more pleased if a small attempt to speak Spanish is made.

Moraira enjoys a typical subtropical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The temperature in Costa Blanca north, in the summer rises to early 30 degrees, going down to late teens in the winter months. In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination.

The terrace has the most spectacular views across the cliffs to the Med. With a south East facing aspect, the terrace receives the sun from sunrise until late afternoon. Eat al fresco in this romantic setting or why not soak up the sun on the sunloungers provided.
